Las Vegas Trip, Oct. 24-26 1997
A number of the classmates
went to Vegas for the weekend. Checked out all of the new casino/hotels.
Stayed up late. Ate lots of great food. Lost money ;-) Experienced
the vertigo of the "Stratosphere" tower. Watched lots
of tourists give away their money. Andra (Bliss) Mackey was brave
and actually tried to get on a roller coaster. Donna (Lenius)
Missaghian and Paul Jones saw Prince (or whatever his name is),
and had a wild night trashing Vegas with Karen (Hammerberg). Andra
and Joanne (Senta) O'Dwyer managed to hold off shopping until
Sunday afternoon. Everyone
had a great time!
20th Year Reunion, August 22-24
1997
The reunion was absolutely
fantastic: everything from the Friday Pump Room get-together to
the Sunday BBQ was fun. We even did a tour of the Cabrillo Aquarium.
Attendance was high. People were having fun reconnecting and finding
out what others have been doing. Lots of kids Sunday. It was so
good everyone talked about having a 25th! thanks to all who made
the effort to put this together and make it a success!
